We plan that every case will go to trial.  All of our time and money will be spent preparing your case for trial.

That said, we are extremely selective about the cases we accept, and if a case has questionable merit, we won’t accept it.  We reject over 98% of the new clients who call us.  The defense lawyers and the insurance carriers know this and many of them just assume you have a good case just by virtue of our reputation. Because of this, many of our cases will settle during, or just before, the trial.

But injury law is not an exact science with predictable rules.  The defense lawyer, or the claims adjuster, doesn’t always agree with us, so you should always assume that there will be a trial.
