$1.9 Million For 38 Year Old Trucker Injured In A Two Truck Collision

$1,900,000 recovered for a 38 year truck driver from South Carolina for injuries suffered in a collision between two tractor trailers on a state highway in Rouses Point (Clinton County), New York. The trucker’s tractor trailer jack-knifed on the state highway upon his approach to a railroad underpass, and the defendant truck driver plowed into our client’s tractor trailer. The claim in the lawsuit was that the defendant trucker failed to timely slow down and stop upon approaching our client’s stopped, jack-knifed tractor trailer.

The trucker sustained brain damage and multiple orthopedic injuries from the collision between the tractor trailers.
