At The New York Injury & Malpractice Law Firm, P.C., our most satisfying work is when we’re serving the community. We take pride in providing support and funding to a variety of causes and nonprofits dedicated to helping Kingston and the greater community. Below are some of the ways we’ve been involved in our community over the years.

John H. Fisher is proud to have offered the 2023 Exceptional Teacher Award! We invited all interested New York families and parents to nominate a Special Education teacher who had positively impacted their lives and the lives of their children to win a $500 VISA gift card.
Anthony’s Scholarship – Living With a Sense of Purpose
Suicide is the leading cause of preventable death in our country. As a medical malpractice firm we are passionate about this issue and devoted to fighting for the rights of suicide victims and their families. This award is named after one of the many victims of suicide, Anthony Banhart. On behalf of those who have been touched by suicide or struggled with it, we are proud to offer this annual scholarship.
